Influencer Deliverables and Disclosure Tracker

Every creator deliverable from draft to posted, with the approval, disclosure check, paid-usage window and payment on one row.

These images are illustrations of the concept, not screenshots of the actual product.

Overview

In marketing and advertising, a single product launch can involve many creators, each owing a reel, a set of stories or a post by a certain date. This concept adds a Deliverables view to HeadshotMarketing's influencer relationships, so a partnerships or influencer manager can follow every deliverable of a launch on one row, linked to the creator's relationship record: whether the draft was approved, when it went live, whether the disclosure label is on it, whether the brand may run it as a paid ad and until when, and whether the fee is due, on hold or paid.

The risk sits in the gaps between those facts. A draft approved over chat leaves no record, a post that goes live without its paid-partnership label puts the brand at risk, and a paid boost is hard to check against usage rights when rights sit in a contract folder and payments in a finance sheet. The tracker is designed to flag any row marked live without a recorded approval or a label, instead of leaving the manager to spot it.

The illustration shows a Creator Deliverables page for a sample fall trail launch, reached from Influencer Relationships, with Relationships, Campaigns and Deliverables tabs and an Export for finance button. Tiles count deliverables, approved drafts, posted pieces and flags. The table lists each creator with the deliverable, a draft review badge, the posted date, a disclosure badge reading label present or label missing, the paid-usage window and the payment state. In the sample, one row is marked as posted before its draft was approved, and another carries a label-missing badge. That creator is selected, and a side panel notes when the post link was recorded and who ran the disclosure check and when, above an alert that the post went up without a paid-partnership label, with Message creator and Hold paid boost actions.

Each row is designed to draw on three other products. Draft review badges are designed to point to the ArtistryBase review round in which the draft was approved, so approval is recorded rather than implied. For fashion and lifestyle brands, the side panel links the creator's CoolAndLovely collaboration, which is designed to hold the brief and compensation, here a shop-the-look post built around pieces from a fall collection. After posting, a FluidGrids workflow is designed to fetch the live post, record its link and ask the partnerships manager to complete the disclosure check. HeadshotMarketing keeps the creator relationship, the campaign and the flags; the other products supply the approval, the brief and the post link.

What this concept shows

  • A Deliverables tab under Influencer Relationships, scoped to one launch campaign
  • Tiles counting deliverables, approved drafts, posted pieces and flags
  • One row per deliverable with draft review, posted date, disclosure, paid usage and payment
  • Disclosure badges that separate label present from label missing
  • Paid-usage windows shown as granted until a date, not granted or requested
  • Flags for posts that went live before approval or without a paid-partnership label
  • A side panel showing the CoolAndLovely collaboration, the ArtistryBase approval round and a post link fetched by a FluidGrids workflow
  • Message creator, Hold paid boost and Export for finance actions

How it works

  1. Open Influencers, choose the launch under Influencer Relationships and switch to the Deliverables tab.
  2. Read the tiles for deliverables, approved drafts, posted pieces and flags.
  3. Check each row's draft review badge, which is designed to reflect the creator's ArtistryBase review round.
  4. Once a post is live, confirm the link recorded by the FluidGrids workflow and record the disclosure check.
  5. Open a flagged row to see the linked CoolAndLovely collaboration and the reason for the flag.
  6. Use Message creator or Hold paid boost on the alert to act on the flag.
  7. Export the deliverables for finance when fees are due.

Who it's for

  • Brand and social media managers

Creator Deliverables with Disclosure Flags

Each deliverable's approval, post date, label, usage window and payment on one row, with flags for what needs action.

This illustration shows the Creator Deliverables page for a sample fall trail launch under Influencer Relationships, with Influencers highlighted in the left navigation, Relationships, Campaigns and Deliverables tabs, and an Export for finance button. Four tiles count deliverables, approved drafts, posted pieces and flags. The table's columns are creator, deliverable, draft review, posted, disclosure, paid usage and payment. Sample rows include a reel approved in ArtistryBase round 2, stories with a fee due, a look post with a red label-missing badge and payment on hold, a video review with changes requested marked as posted before approval, and a reel whose draft is still due. The selected creator's side panel shows a linked CoolAndLovely collaboration marked published, a shop-the-look post of pieces from a fall collection, a post link fetched by a FluidGrids workflow, the disclosure check with reviewer and date, an alert about the missing paid-partnership label with Message creator and Hold paid boost buttons, and the ArtistryBase round that approved the draft.
